The movable frame is fixed behind the intelligent signboard body and is clamped on the sinking groove of the transverse frame. The intelligent signboard body and the transverse frame are connected through the avoiding-blocking mechanism, when a branch droops from the upper right corner to block the intelligent signboard, an intelligent terminal controlling the intelligent signboard can capture the current situation through a camera, controls a driving motor to drivemoving wheels to rotate so as to drive the movable frame to move on the inclined sinking groove, thus the intelligent signboard is made to move in the lower left corner direction, thus the intelligent traffic signboard will not be shielded by branched and leaves, and the situation that a driver cannot accurately receive warning of the traffic signboard is avoided.
