The invention relates to an anti-floating anchor rod rib and an anti-floating anchor rod for preventing a top anchoring grouting body from cracking. The anti-floating anchor rod rib comprises a steelwire cage and an anchor rod body set, wherein the steel wire cage comprises a first centering support, a second centering support and a steel wire mesh, the steel wire mesh is located between the first centering support and the second centering support, the anchor rod body set penetrates through the first centering support and the second centering support. According to the anti-floating anchor rod, the steel wire cage is adopted, connected with the anchor rod body and placed in a anchor rod hole, and the steel wire cage is placed at the designated position, required by design, of the top of the anchor rod, when the anchor rod is grouted, the steel wire cage, cement paste and the like are solidified into a whole and resist damage of external force together with rod body reinforcing steel bars, the anchoring grouting body is prevented from cracking and being damaged, the anti-cracking performance of the anchoring body of the anchor rod can be greatly enhanced, when a protective soil layer and redundant grouting bodies are cleaned, the solidified steel wire cage can control the head of the upper end of the anchor rod body not to crack or damage due to external force.
