Method for installing inclinometer pipe in pipe pile inserted in triaxial deep-layer mixing pile
The invention provides a method for installing an inclinometer pipe in a pipe pile inserted in a triaxial deep-layer mixing pile. The method comprises the following steps that (1) one end of the inclinometer pipe is sealed by using a funnel-shaped bottom cover, and the other end of the inclinometer pipe is covered with a top cover; (2) hoop structures are fixed to the pile bottom and the pile topof the prefabricated pipe pile; (3) the inclinometer pipe is put into the prefabricated pipe pile, and the two ends of the inclinometer pipe are inserted into semicircular steel pipes correspondingly;(4) the prefabricated pipe pile fixed with the inclinometer pipe is hoisted to a specified position; (5) the prefabricated pipe pile is vertically sunken into the triaxial deep-layer mixing pile; (6)the hoop structure at the top end of the pipe pile is dismantled, and cement in the upper section of the prefabricated pipe pile is dug out; and (7) an annular supporting plate and a bound anchoringreinforcement cage are fixedly connected, penetrate through the inclinometer pipe to be put in the prefabricated pipe pile, core filling concrete is poured, and a crown beam is further constructed. The inclinometer pipe and the prefabricated pipe pile are directly inserted into the triaxial deep-layer mixing pile together, mechanical hole forming is not needed, installation is easy and convenient,and time and cost needed by drilling are saved.
本发明提供一种三轴深层搅拌桩内插管桩中测斜管的安装方法,包括(1)测斜管一端用漏斗形底盖封住,另一端用顶盖盖住;(2)在预制管桩的桩底和桩顶均固定套箍结构;(3)将测斜管放入预制管桩内,测斜管两端分别插入半圆环钢管内;(4)将已经固定测斜管的预制管桩吊装至指定位置;(5)将预制管桩竖直沉入到三轴深层搅拌桩中;(6)管桩顶端的套箍结构拆除,挖去上段预制管桩内的水泥土;(7)将环形托板与绑扎好的锚固钢筋笼固定连接,穿过测斜管放入预制管桩内,浇筑填芯混凝土,填芯混凝土,进一步施工冠梁。测斜管直接和预制管桩一起插入三轴深层搅拌桩内,不需要机械成孔,安装简单方便,且省去了钻孔所需的时间以及费用。
