Automatic measuring device and method for elevation of underwater pouring concrete
The invention discloses an automatic measuring device and method for the elevation of underwater poured concrete. The device comprises a pressure sensor (10), a cable (9) and an automatic lifter (1).The lifter comprises a shell (5), a motor (7), a motor fixer (13), an intelligent switch (2), a power switch (3) and a rechargeable battery (4). The motor is fixed in the shell through the motor fixer; a shaft extension of the motor horizontally extends out of one end of the shell; the cable is wound on a motor rotating shaft (8); one end of the cable is connected with the intelligent switch; andthe other end of the cable is suspended below the shaft extension and connected with the pressure sensor. The motor and the rechargeable battery are connected with the power switch and the intelligentswitch through wires; and a signal sent by the pressure sensor controls the motor through the intelligent switch. The automatic measuring device for the elevation of the underwater poured concrete can accurately measure the elevation of the underwater concrete, and has the advantages of being easy to operate, high in anti-interference performance, high in measurement precision, good in automationperformance and the like.
