The rainwater purifying and recycling device comprises a treatment box, a filter pipe and a reaction box, a buffer plate is arranged inside the treatment box, the upper and lower sides of the buffer plate are provided with a buffer chamber and a settling chamber respectively,a water inlet is formed in the right side of the buffer plate, rotating frames are arranged on the left side and the right side inside the buffer chamber, mounting shafts are slidably mounted betweenthe rotating frames, rotating plates are fixedly mounted on the outer sides of the mounting shafts, conveying wheels b are fixedly mounted at the right ends of the mounting shafts on the upper side and lower sides, conveying wheels a are fixedly mounted at the right ends of the mounting shafts at the front and rear ends, the left side of the treatment box is connected with the filter pipe, a filter layer is mounted inside the filter pipe, a rotating shaft is mounted inside the filter layer, a limiting rod is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the rotating shaft, and a limiting plate is mounted on the outer side of the rotating shaft between the upper side of the filter layer and the lower side of the limiting rod in a sliding mode. The device is reasonable in design, the rain tendency can be buffered and reduced, and the filter layer can be replaced in time, so that the water purification quality of the device is improved.
