The skylight device capable of being opened and closed comprises a skylight mechanism IA, the skylight mechanism IA comprises a driving device, a rack, an outer connecting rod, an inner connecting rod and a window, the window is horizontally arranged above the rack, the two sides of the rackare hinged to the window through the outer connecting rod and the inner connecting rod, the rack, the outer connecting rod, the inner connecting rod and the window form a parallel four-connecting-rodmechanism, the driving device is mounted on an external fixture, and the output end of the driving device is hinged to the outer connecting rod or the inner connecting rod; and the skylight device capable of being opened and closed further comprises a skylight mechanism IIB symmetrical to the skylight mechanism IA, and the skylight mechanism IIB and the skylight mechanism IA are the same in structure and can be synchronously opened and closed. According to the device, requirements on processing and mounting are reduced, one skylight is driven by one power device, the requirement on power synchronization is avoided, and the number of power elements is reduced.
