Underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage hoisting method
The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage hoisting method. The method comprises the following steps of 1, putting a main crane and an auxiliary crane in place, mountinga main sling and an auxiliary sling, mounting all conversion slings, and completing hoisting preparation work; 2, hoisting a reinforcement cage away from the ground through double-crane hoisting, lifting the reinforcement cage to the height of 0.3 m or above, then continuing to lift the main crane till the reinforcement cage is completely vertical, and withdrawing the auxiliary crane; 3, moving the main crane to the position where the reinforcement cage enters a groove, lowering the reinforcement cage, when the reinforcement cage is lowered to second hoisting points of the main crane, temporarily laying the reinforcement cage on a guide wall by using laying section steel, loosening a main crane sling and connecting with the first conversion sling; and 4, continuing to lower the reinforcement cage to first lifting points of the main crane, temporarily laying the reinforcement cage again, connecting the main crane sling and the second conversion sling, lowering the reinforcement cage step by step, carrying out repairing welding on horizontal bars in a backup horizontal bar area, and completing hoisting. According to the hoisting method, hoisting is safer, the work efficiency is higher, the main crane bears more weight during double-crane hoisting, and meanwhile, the load of the auxiliary crane is reduced.
本发明公开了一种地下连续墙钢筋笼吊装方法。包括如下步骤:步骤1:主、副吊就位,安装主、副吊索,安装各条转换吊索,完成起吊准备工作;步骤2:双机抬吊将钢筋笼吊离地面,上升至0.3米以上高度后,主吊继续提升,直至钢筋笼完全直立,副吊撤离;步骤3:主吊带载移动至钢筋笼入槽位置,下放钢筋笼;当下放至主吊第二吊点时,用搁置型钢将钢筋笼临时搁置在导墙上,松开主吊吊索并与第一转换吊索连接;步骤4:继续下放至主吊第一吊点,再次临时搁置,连接主吊吊索与第二转换吊索,并逐步下放钢筋笼、补焊后补水平筋区的水平筋,完成吊装。本发明吊装方法吊装更加安全,工效更快,主吊在双机抬吊时承担更多的重量,同时减少副吊负荷。
