The invention discloses a low-clearance underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage hoisting method, and relates to the technical field of subway station construction, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing a segmental reinforcement cage; s2, segmental reinforcement cage hoisting; s3, the sectional reinforcement cage is put into a groove; s4, the sectional reinforcement cages are connected; and S5, the modes of hoisting, groove entering and connecting of the sectional reinforcement cage are repeated till connection of the whole reinforcement cage is completed. By means of the method for segmenting the whole reinforcement cage, the problem that in actual construction, due to the complex field environment and insufficient clearance height, a conventional method cannot be adopted for construction for hoisting of the low-clearance reinforcement cage is solved.
