The invention discloses an environment-friendly concrete retarder and a preparation method thereof. The concrete retarder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of a 3-[N-Tris(hydroxymethyl)methylamino]-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid-modified phosphonic acid-terminated hyperbranched dendritic polymer, 15-20 parts of an N-acryloyltris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane/tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside/caffeic acid copolymer, 0.5-1.5 parts of copper fluosilicate, 1-3 parts of sodium alginate and 30-40 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly concrete retarder. The environment-friendly concrete retarder disclosed by the invention is good in comprehensive performance, low in mixing amount, remarkable in retarding effect, small in negative influence on the comprehensive performance of concrete, good in performance stability, safe to use and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种环保混凝土缓凝剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份计的各组分:3‑三羟甲基甲胺‑2‑羟基丙磺酸改性膦酸端基超支化树枝聚合物8‑12份、N‑三羟甲基甲基丙烯酰胺/四羟基二苯乙烯苷/咖啡酸共聚物15‑20份、氟硅酸铜0.5‑1.5份、海藻酸钠1‑3份、水30‑40份。本发明还公开了所述环保混凝土缓凝剂的制备方法。本发明公开的环保混凝土缓凝剂综合性能佳,掺量低,缓凝效果显著,对混凝土综合性能负面影响小,性能稳定性好,使用安全环保。
