Graphene high-strength cement composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a graphene high-strength cement composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: 1, adding powder of a graphene material intoa vinylon spinning solution, and after the powder is evenly dispersed, carrying out wet spinning to obtain graphene vinylon fibers; 2, uniformly mixing the graphene vinylon fibers obtained in the step 1 with cement, adding a foaming agent and water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a graphene vinylon cement composite material; and 3, spraying a graphene high-strength coating on the surface layerof the graphene vinylon cement composite material obtained in the step 2 to form a high-strength coating layer, and finally obtaining the graphene high-strength cement composite material. The invention also provides the graphene high-strength cement composite material prepared by the method. The prepared coating layer has the characteristics of high strength, impact resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. The material can be applied to scenes such as buildings, pavements and seawalls, the service life of the cement material can be greatly prolonged, and the usecost can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种石墨烯高强水泥复合材料及其制备方法,该制备方法包含:步骤1,将石墨烯材料的粉体加入到维纶纺丝液中,分散均匀后经过湿法纺丝,得到石墨烯维纶纤维;步骤2,将步骤1所得的石墨烯维纶纤维与水泥混合均匀,并加入发泡剂和水,搅拌均匀后制得石墨烯维纶水泥复合材料;步骤3,将石墨烯高强涂料喷涂在步骤2所得的石墨烯维纶水泥复合材料表层形成高强涂层,最后得到石墨烯高强水泥复合材料。本发明还提供了通过该方法制备的石墨烯高强水泥复合材料。本发明制备的涂层具有较高强度、抗冲击性、防水防腐、耐老化特性,该材料可应用在建筑、路面、海堤等场景,能够极大提高水泥材料使用寿命,降低使用成本。
