The graphene oxide-polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be liquid or solid powder, the product is good in performance and high in water reducing rate, the mechanical property of a cement-ultrafine fly ash mortar system is greatly improved, the compressive and flexural strength can be further improved, especially the early strength is obviously improved in comparison with the materials in the prior art, the product synthesis process is simple, the process is easy to control without release of harmful substance and safety and environmental protection can be achieved.
