The invention discloses a square stock type flame-retardant noctilucent artificial stone and a production process thereof, and the noctilucent artificial stone comprises the following raw materials byweight: 18%-30% of an inorganic binder, 0.2%-1.0% of an auxiliary agent, 40%-60% of a filler, 0-1.2% of a pigment, 5%-20% of fluorescent particles, and 8%-15% of an aqueous polymer emulsion. The noctilucent artificial stone is prepared through the steps of raw material stirring, vacuumizing and material distribution, compression molding, primary maintenance, curing and hardening, cutting and surface treatment, graded packaging and the like. Compared with the prior art, the prepared noctilucent artificial stone has a higher fireproof grade, and the fireproof grade A1 can be reached; the linearexpansion coefficient is lower and is less than or equal to 1.1*10<-5>/DEG C; and the production cost is lower, and the particles are not easy to fall off when being applied to the inorganic artificial stone.
