A preparation method of the flame-retardant stone carton comprises the following steps that stirring and mixing are conducted, and raw materials are extruded through melting; and molding: heating the carton to promote the melting of the polypropylene resin and the uniform dispersion of the inorganic salt stone master batch, thereby obtaining the flame-retardant stone carton with uniform structure and stable performance. And monitoring is conducted through a display screen and a monitor, and the stone carton manufacturing process is conveniently controlled. The flame-retardant stone carton has the beneficial effects that through combined use of the inorganic salt stone master batch, the stone powder and the functional additive, the flame-retardant property of the flame-retardant stone carton is remarkably improved, and flame spreading and carton combustion can be prevented to a certain extent.
