The invention discloses an environment-friendly calcium silicate board produced on the basis of slag powder. The environment-friendly calcium silicate board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25-39 parts of slag powder, 27-41 parts of slaked lime, 20-26 parts of quartz powder and 8-14 parts of wood fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing the raw materials according to proportions; adding water into the wood fibers for pulping treatment; adding the weighed slag powder, slaked lime and quartz powder, uniformly mixing the materials; pouring an obtained mixture into a mold; carrying out suction filtration molding to prepare a wet blank; carrying out autoclaved curing after pre-curing; naturally cooling the wet blank after finishingthe autoclaved curing; and taking out an obtained plate from a kettle, drying the board and cutting the board to obtain the environment-friendly calcium silicate board. The slag powder and the quartzpowder are used as siliceous materials, the slaked lime is used as a calcareous material, the wood fibers are used as a reinforcing material, all the raw materials supplement each other, the density,breaking strength, heat conductivity coefficient and formaldehyde purification performance of the prepared calcium silicate board meet the national standard, and the calcium silicate board is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, low in cost and is a novel building and industrial board with excellent performance.
本发明公开了一种基于矿渣粉生产的环保硅酸钙板,由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:矿渣粉25~39份,熟石灰27~41份,石英粉20~26份,木质纤维8~14份。制备方法如下:按配比称取各原料,将木质纤维加水进行打浆处理,然后加入称取好的矿渣粉、熟石灰和石英粉,混合均匀,倒入模具中,抽滤成型制成湿坯,预养护后进行蒸压养护,蒸养结束后,自然冷却、出釜、烘干、裁切,获得环保硅酸钙板。本发明选用矿渣粉和石英粉作为硅质材料、熟石灰作为钙质材料、木质纤维作为增强材料,各原料之间相辅相成,制备生产的硅酸钙板,其密度、抗折强度、导热系数、甲醛净化性能均符合国家标准,环保节能,成本低廉,是一种具有优良性能的新型建筑和工业用板材。
