The invention relates to the technical field of plates, and discloses a spodumene waste residue doped calcium silicate plate and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 25%-36% of cement, 38%-51% of quartz sand, 15%-24% of spodumene slag and 4%-8.5% of paper pulp. By adding and applying the spodumene waste residues into the calcium silicate board, the mechanical strength of the calcium silicate board can be improved, the production cost of the calcium silicate board is reduced, meanwhile, solid waste utilization of the spodumene waste residues is achieved, and the calcium silicate board is green and environmentally friendly. Meanwhile, the spodumene slag also improves the flame retardant property of the calcium silicate board and reduces the thermal expansion coefficient of the calcium silicate board.
本发明涉及板材技术领域,公开了一种掺杂锂辉石废渣的硅酸钙板材及其制备方法。包括按质量百分比计下述组分:水泥25%‑36%,石英砂38%‑51%,锂辉石矿渣15%‑24%,纸浆4%‑8.5%。本发明将锂废弃的辉石废渣添加应用到硅酸钙板材内可以提高硅酸钙板材的力学强度,降低硅酸钙板材的生产成本,同时实现锂辉石废渣的固废利用,绿色环保。同时锂辉石矿渣还提高硅酸钙板材的阻燃性能和降低硅酸钙板材的热膨胀系数。
