The invention relates to a preparation method of a light and efficient SiO2 aerogel composite thermal insulation material. SiO2 sol is prepared through an acid-base two-step method and a sol-gel method, low-density glass fiber cotton is selected as a reinforcing material, and the light efficient SiO2 aerogel composite thermal insulation material is prepared through a vacuum impregnation method anda carbon dioxide supercritical drying method. The material has a three-dimensional nano-porous network structure, so that the heat-insulating property of SiO2 aerogel is improved, the problem of highdensity of the SiO2 aerogel composite material is solved, the problem of poor mechanical property of the SiO2 aerogel is solved, the contradiction between the density and the mechanical property of the SiO2 aerogel composite material is balanced, the thermal insulation material has good thermal stability, chemical stability, structural stability and low water absorption, and is an ideal buildingexternal wall thermal insulation material. The preparation method is simple in process and short in reaction period, and has a prospect of batch production.
本发明涉及一种轻质高效SiO2气凝胶复合隔热材料的制备方法。通过酸碱两步法、溶胶凝胶法制备出SiO2溶胶,选用低密度玻璃纤维棉作为增强材料,通过真空浸渍法、二氧化碳超临界干燥法制备出轻质高效SiO2气凝胶复合隔热材料。该材料具有三维纳米多孔网络结构,既提高了SiO2气凝胶的隔热性能,改善了SiO2气凝胶复合材料密度大的问题,又解决了SiO2气凝胶力学性能差的问题,平衡了SiO2气凝胶复合材料密度与力学性能间的矛盾,而且其具有良好的热稳定性、化学稳定性、结构稳定性以及低的吸水率,是一种理想的建筑外墙保温材料。该制备方法工艺简捷,反应周期短,具有批量生产的前景。
