The invention provides a formula of high-whiteness and high-light-transmittance porcelain clay and preparation method thereof. The porcelain clay comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8-12% of kaolin raw ore; 18%-22% of kaolin washed concentrate; 68%-72% of chinastone; 2%-5% of sodium bentonite; 3%-7% of a plasticizer; 1%-2% talc. The kaolin with high Al2O3 content, low Fe2O3content and high firing whiteness is adopted to prepare the porcelain clay, and glazing and secondary glaze firing are not needed, so that the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, the energy consumption cost is reduced, the pollution is reduced, and the production safety is improved. The finished product rate of the porcelain clay prepared by the formula and the method is up to 88-92%,the whiteness of the porcelain clay at 1280 DEG C is greater than or equal to 78%, the relative light transmittance value of a 0.5 mm test piece is greater than or equal to 24.50, and the relative light transmittance value of a 1.0 mm test piece is greater than or equal to 18.00.
本发明提供了一种高白度、高透光的瓷泥的配方,按重量百分比计包括:高岭土原矿8%‑12%;高岭土水洗精矿18%‑22%;瓷石68%‑72%;钠基膨润土2%‑5%;增塑剂3%‑7%;滑石1%‑2%。本发明采用Al2O3含量较高、Fe2O3含量较低、烧成白度较高的高岭土制作瓷泥,无需施釉和二次釉烧,大大减少人工劳动强度,降低能耗成本,并减少污染,提高生产安全性。采用本发明的配方和方法制得的瓷泥,成品率高达88‑92%,1280℃成瓷白度≥78%,0.5mm试片相对透光度数值≥24.50,1.0mm试片相对透光度数值≥18.00。
