The environment-friendly low-dielectric-loss ceramic dielectric material is composed of a main component and a modified doping agent, the chemical formula of the main component is (1-y)Ba<1-x>MgTiO<3-y>Y<2>Ti<2>O<7>, x=0.005-0.01, and y=0.01-0.05; and the modified doping agent is selected from five or more than five of Bi2SnZrO7, Bi2Ti2O7, CeO2, ZrO2, Al2O3, SiO2, Er2O3, Nb2O5, MnCO3 and CuO. The sintering temperature of the prepared ceramic dielectric materialis 1330-1390 DEG C, the dielectric constant is 3300-3700 and adjustable, the dielectric loss is less than or equal to 0.5%, the dielectric strength is more than or equal to 6 KVAc/mm, the temperaturecharacteristic change rate is less than or equal to +/-5% (-55 to 125 DEG C), and the ceramic dielectric material is suitable for manufacturing environment-friendly ceramic dielectric capacitors withexcellent temperature characteristics.
