Silicon nitride powder pretreatment and low-defect green body injection molding method
The invention relates to a silicon nitride powder pretreatment and low-defect green body injection molding method. Through a simple silicon nitride powder pretreatment method, on one hand, a small amount of free silicon contained in commercially available silicon nitride powder is completely eliminated, and the problem of air hole defects in an injection molding silicon nitride ceramic blank is effectively solved; on the other hand, the dispersion characteristic of the silicon nitride powder in water is remarkably improved, and then the high-performance silicon nitride water-based slurry is prepared. The pretreated silicon nitride powder is subjected to injection molding to obtain a low-defect ceramic blank with a uniform apparent structure. According to the injection molding method, the hot melt adhesive physical characteristics of the natural macromolecular gel polymer are used for replacing traditional acrylamide monomer cross-linking polymerization to achieve gel curing of the ceramic slurry, and the injection molding method has the advantages of being non-toxic, environmentally friendly, high in process controllability, small in organic matter dosage, free of independent degreasing and the like. The high-performance silicon nitride ceramic injection molding preparation method provided by the invention is simple in process, convenient for industrial production and extremelyhigh in popularization value.
本发明涉及一种氮化硅粉体预处理和低缺陷坯体注模成型方法。通过简单的氮化硅粉体预处理方法一方面使商售氮化硅粉体中含有的少量游离硅完全消除,有效解决注模成型氮化硅陶瓷坯体内的气孔缺陷问题;另一方面显著改善氮化硅粉体在水中的分散特性,进而制备高性能氮化硅水基料浆。采用经预处理后的氮化硅粉体,经注模成型得到表观组织结构均匀的低缺陷陶瓷坯体。本发明的注模成型方法利用天然大分子凝胶聚合物的热熔胶物理特性替代传统丙烯酰胺单体交联聚合实现陶瓷料浆的凝胶固化,具有无毒环保、工艺可控性强、有机物用量少不需单独脱脂等优点。本发明提供了一种高性能氮化硅陶瓷注模成型制备方法,工艺简单,便于工业化生产,极具推广价值。
