Culvert reinforcing method
The invention provides a culvert reinforcing method. The culvert reinforcing method comprises the following steps that firstly, a foundation pit is excavated; 2, a track platform is fixed to the bottom face of the culvert; 3, steel corrugated pipe sections are hoisted to the opening of the culvert section by section; a to-be-installed steel corrugated pipe joint is placed on the track platform, and the steel corrugated pipe joint is sequentially dragged from the downstream of the culvert to a designated position to be installed through cooperation of a winch located at the downstream of the culvert and manpower; 4, the adjacent steel corrugated pipe sections are connected through flanges and then welded and reinforced, and a corrugated pipe culvert is formed; and 5, the gap part between the corrugated pipe culvert located at the downstream end and the culvert is subjected to end sealing treatment, and then concrete pouring is conducted to form a concrete reinforcing layer; and a pouring warehousing adopts a pumping mode that a mixer truck and a concrete ground pump are mutually matched for conveying, stirring and grouting. On-site installation is achieved, a drainage channel of a road is rapidly reinforced, traffic is not hindered, and the construction method is simple, convenient and efficient.
本发明提供一种涵洞加固的方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、基坑开挖;步骤二、在涵洞底面固定轨道平台;步骤三、将钢波纹管管节分节吊装至涵洞的洞口;将待安装的一根钢波纹管管节放置于轨道平台上,利用位于涵洞下游的卷扬机和人工配合协助从涵洞的下游开始依次拖拽至指定位置安装;步骤四、相邻钢波纹管管节通过法兰连接后进行焊接加固,形成波纹管涵;步骤五、对位于下游端部的所述波纹管涵和涵洞之间的空隙部分进行封端处理,再进行混凝土浇筑,以形成混凝土加固层;灌注入仓采用搅拌车与混凝土地泵输送、搅拌注浆相互配合泵送方式。本发明实现在现场安装、快速加固公路的排水通道不妨碍交通,施工方法简便、高效。
