Reinforcing structure and reinforcing method for railway culvert
The invention provides a reinforcing structure and method for a railway culvert. The reinforcing structure comprises a corrugated steel layer, angle steel, a sealing wall and an expansive cement reinforcing layer. The corrugated steel layer is installed in the existing culvert and formed by splicing corrugated steel single bodies, and the adjacent corrugated steel single bodies are connected through fastening bolts. One limb of the angle steel is fixed with the bottom end of the corrugated steel layer, and the other limb of the angle steel is fixed with the existing culvert bottom plate; the sealing wall is formed by building bricks at the port of the existing culvert, and a pouring space is formed among the sealing wall, the corrugated steel layer and the existing culvert. The existing culvert is reinforced through cooperation of the corrugated steel, the port wall and the micro-expansive cement, the reinforcing strength of the existing culvert can be guaranteed, and the safety and reliability of actual engineering can also be guaranteed; and the corrugated steel can be pre-assembled, so that the difficulty of a reinforcement project is reduced, the construction time can be shortened, and the reinforcement construction efficiency of the existing culvert is improved.
