The invention belongs to the field of road safety, and relates to a non-motorized vehicle lane crossing stopping fence. A vertical rail groove and a transverse rail groove are formed downwards in theground of the side edge and the end part of a non-motorized vehicle lane respectively, the two rail grooves are communicated to form an L-shaped combined rail groove, and a rail is fixed in the centerof the bottom in the rail groove; the fence further comprises at least two groups of fence frames, every two adjacent fence frames are sequentially hinged together through the corresponding hinge parts to form a combined fence frame, universal rail wheels are vertically installed on the lower portions, corresponding to the hinge parts, of the bottoms of the fence frames, and the universal rail wheels located below the combined fence frames are installed on the L-shaped combined rail groove. The fence is convenient to operate, low in cost and easy to implement, can effectively prevent non-motor vehicles from running the red light, is not liable to be lost, can be automatically pushed and pulled, does not need manual operation, and reduces the labor cost.
