The invention discloses a blocking method for in-situ remediation of a polluted land parcel under complex working conditions. The blocking method comprises the following steps that 1, according to thedesign requirement of a safety barrier pile wall, enough safe distance is reserved on the two sides of a structure, the safe distance is larger than 0.5 m, a space is formed in the periphery of structure in a cleaned mode, manual drilling is conducted, firstly, the sharp portion of the lower portion of a drill bit is ground to be flat, the drilling diameter is not smaller than the design diameterof the pile wall, manual slow drilling and sinking are sequentially carried out in batches in an intersecting manner, three continuous drills are achieved in each batch, the three continuous drills sink to the depth exceeding the suspected depth of the structure or depth required by the design of the safety barrier pile wall, if the structure is not encountered, a high-pressure jet grouting process is carried out, and if the structure is encountered, manual drilling is stopped immediately; and the high-pressure jet grouting process comprises the following steps that an access point of a construction machine is the drilling position in the middle of the three continuous manual drills. The invention discloses the method, under the complex working conditions, how to effectively and comprehensively carry out safety barrier pile wall construction is achieved, and therefore a series of problems caused by stagnation construction due to rough construction are avoided.
