The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall and micro-disturbance all-dimensional jet grouting pile combined water stopping method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of embedded steel pipes 21 are installed on a steel reinforcement cage, the bottoms of the embedded steel pipes 21 are closed, and the embedded steel pipes 21 enter a groove along with the steel reinforcement cage and are poured into an underground diaphragm wall; S2, in the foundation pit excavation process, the bottoms of the embedded steel pipes 21 are drilled through by a drilling machine,and the interiors of the embedded steel pipes 21 are made to communicate with water outside the underground continuous wall; S3, the embedded steel pipes 21 serve as water level observation holes ofunderground water, and whether streaming occurs at the bottom of the underground diaphragm wall or not is monitored; and S4, after the phenomenon that streaming occurs at the bottom of the undergrounddiaphragm wall is judged, the embedded steel pipes 21 serve as grouting holes of micro-disturbance all-dimensional jet grouting piles, a drill rod of all-dimensional high-pressure pile jet grouting equipment drills into a soil body at the bottom of the underground diaphragm wall through the embedded steel pipes 21, and a grout spraying opening of the drill rod sprays grout to the soil body for reinforcement. The underground water fluctuation condition can be effectively observed, and the underground water is prevented from flowing around and entering the foundation pit.
