The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit supporting, and discloses a detachable foundation pit supporting structure and a using method thereof. The detachable foundation pit supporting structure comprises two supporting columns, wherein a fixing pipe is movably connected to the left side of the supporting column on the right side; a limiting plate is slidably connected to theinterior of the fixing pipe; a movable rod is fixedly connected to the left side of the limiting plate; the left end of the movable rod extends to the right side of the supporting column on the leftside; mounting frames are fixedly connected to the opposite sides of the two supporting columns; and one end of each of the movable rod and the fixing pipe is located inside the corresponding mountingframe. According to the detachable foundation pit supporting structure and the using method thereof, the movable rod and the fixing pipe are fixed between the two supporting columns through fixing bolts and the mounting frames, so that the detachable foundation pit supporting structure is more convenient and stable to mount and dismount; and the movable rod is fixed through inserting rods, so that the movable rod is prevented from shaking randomly in the using process, and then the purpose of more convenient dismounting and using is achieved.
