The detachable concave embedded supporting structure comprises a foundation pit retaining pile, a profile steel purlin beam arranged on the inner side of the foundation pit, a triangular supporting part arranged on the profile steel purlin beam and an internal supporting beam, the triangular supporting part is connected to the profile steel purlin beam through a connecting bolt, the internal supporting beam is oppositely supporting on the profile steel purlin beam through the triangular supporting part, a concave embedded conversion force transmission structure is arranged between the triangular supporting part and the profile steel purlin beam, the concave embedded conversion force transmission structure comprises a force transmission groove formed in the profile steel purlin beam and a force transmission convex part arranged on the bottom edge of the triangular supporting part, and the force transmission convex part is embedded into the force transmission groove.
