The invention relates to a detachable open caisson internal operation platform and a caisson wall construction method. The operation platform comprises a plurality of splice plates, connecting piecesand supporting rods, wherein the splice plates are used for being spliced to form an operation face, first connecting holes are formed in the four corners of each splice plate, a connecting lock catchis arranged in the middle of one side of each splice plate, the connecting pieces are attached to the side walls of one sides of the splicing plates, four second connecting holes corresponding to thefirst connecting holes in the four adjacent first connecting holes in a one-to-one mode are formed in the connecting pieces, the four adjacent splicing plates are fastened through fixing bolts arranged in the first connecting holes and the second connecting holes in a penetrating mode, the plurality of supporting rods are correspondingly arranged between the connecting lock catches on the left and right adjacent splice plates in a penetrating manner, and fastening nuts are spirally connected to the two ends of each supporting rod. According to the operation platform, the splicing plates are spliced to form the operation platform, and the operation platform can be fixed in the caisson wall through the supporting rods, so that the operation face is provided for construction personnel.
