The invention provides an open caisson wall combined platform structure. The open caisson wall combined platform structure is arranged in the inner wall of an open caisson and comprises a plurality of supporting frames fixed to the inner wall of the open caisson; the plurality of supporting frames are distributed in the inner wall of the open caisson at equal intervals according to the preset height; a supporting plate is arranged on every two adjacent supporting frames; the plurality of supporting plates are connected end to end so as to define an annular operation platform on the inner wall of the open caisson; a protective plate net is arranged on the side, away from the inner wall of the open caisson, of each supporting plate; the protective plate nets are vertically arranged on the top faces of the supporting plates; and an anti-falling net is further arranged on the bottom face of the operation platform and connected to the multiple supporting frames. The open caisson wall combined platform structure is stable and firm in overall structure and good in safety performance, the working efficiency of open caisson constructors is improved, the workload of the open caisson constructors is correspondingly reduced, and the open caisson wall combined platform structure is more environmentally friendly. The invention further provides an open caisson construction method.
