The invention discloses a prefabricated comprehensive pipe gallery and a construction method. A cast-in-place underground pipe network needs processes, such as reinforcement processing and binding, form erecting, concrete pouring, maintenance, form stripping, and rehandling, and a larger raw material storage and processing site; the earthwork excavated volume of a groove is large; a large amount of formworks, labor cost and other correlative charges are wasted, and the construction period is long, the construction management cost is high, and the quality is difficult to guarantee. The construction method comprises a prefabricated baseplate (1), wherein a group of outer wall substrates (2) are arranged on the prefabricated baseplate; the outer wall substrates are connected to a prefabricated outer wall (3); the middle part of the prefabricated baseplate is connected to a group of prefabricated inner walls (4); the top ends of the prefabricated outer wall and the top ends of the prefabricated inner walls are all connected to a prefabricated top plate (5). The prefabricated comprehensive pipe gallery and the construction method are used for improving integration of an urban comprehensive pipe gallery.
