The invention discloses a method for improving the horizontal displacement test precision of a deep soil body. The method comprises the following steps of (1) arranging an inclinometer pipe in a deepsoil body to be tested, and enabling a gap to be formed between the inclinometer pipe and the deep soil body to be tested; (2) carrying out compaction grouting in the gap between the inclinometer pipeand the deep soil body to be tested, and ensuring that the gap is filled with a cement paste; (3) putting an inclinometer into the inclinometer pipe, and testing the horizontal displacement of the deep soil body to be tested. In the gap between the inclinometer pipe and a placing hole, the cement paste is extruded and filled by adopting the compaction grouting mode, the gap between the inclinometer pipe and the placing hole is completely filled after the cement paste is solidified, so that the measured data is ensured to reflect the actual horizontal displacement of the deep soil body, and the test precision is improved.
