The invention relates to a bushing type hydraulic breaking hammer. The bushing type hydraulic breaking hammer comprises an upper cylinder block, a middle cylinder block and a lower cylinder block, wherein a striking piston can be mounted in a through cavity formed by the upper cylinder block, the middle cylinder block and the lower cylinder block; the striking piston comprises a buffer section, alarge-diameter section and a guide sleeve section which are integrally formed; the middle cylinder block comprises a guide sleeve section, a large-diameter section, a buffer section and a lower oil seal section; the inner diameters of the guide sleeve section, the large-diameter section and the buffer section are sequentially reduced; buffer oil seal sleeves are mounted on the inner walls of the buffer section and the lower oil seal section; the buffer oil seal sleeves are used for guiding and supporting the striking piston and sealing hydraulic oil at the lower part of the middle cylinder block; and each buffer oil seal sleeve comprises a buffer section sleeve and a lower oil seal section sleeve which are integrally formed or separately manufactured. According to the bushing type hydraulic breaking hammer, the cost is saved by replacing the buffer oil seal sleeves, and unnecessary waste is avoided.
