TOOL BUSHING BREAKING HAMMER AND MOUNTING METHOD
The present invention relates to a tool bushing (13) of a crushing hammer (1), a tool bushing arrangement body, and a mounting method of the crushing hammer and the tool bushing of the crushing hammer. The tool bushing is a sleeved piece comprising a multi-shoulder outer surface (14) having three or more continuous cylindrical portions (C1 - C6). The cylindrical portions have different diameters (D1 - D6) and match the corresponding surfaces of a bushing housing (12) when the tool bushing is mounted. The diameters of the bushing and the bushing housing are dimensioned such that friction forces are produced when the bushing is assembled.
본 발명은 파쇄 해머 (1) 의 공구 부싱 (13), 공구 부싱 배열체, 파쇄 해머 및 파쇄 해머의 공구 부싱의 장착 방법에 관한 것이다. 공구 부싱은 세개 이상의 연속적인 원통형 부분들 (C1 - C6) 을 갖는 복수의-견부형 외부 표면 (14) 을 포함하는 슬리브형 피스이다. 원통형 부분들은 상이한 직경들 (D1 - D6) 을 갖고 공구 부싱이 장착될 때에 부싱 하우징 (12) 의 상응하는 표면들과 매칭된다. 부싱 및 부싱 하우징의 직경들은 부싱이 조립될 때 마찰력들이 생성되도록 치수설정된다.
