A filter screen is arranged in the annular frame, a first through hole is formed in one end of the first rotating shaft, a first driving rod is slidably arranged inthe first through hole, a plurality of first spiral blocks are sequentially and fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the first driving rod in the circumferential direction of the first drivingrod, a plurality of first spiral grooves are sequentially formed in the inner wall of the first through hole in the circumferential direction of the first through hole, a plurality of the first spiralblocks are matched with a plurality of the first spiral grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and a first driving assembly for driving the first driving rod to move is mounted on one side ofthe top of the rainwater collecting pool. The possibility that a pipeline is blocked can be reduced.
