Prefabricated aerogel heat insulation partially-coated steel-concrete composite member and preparation method thereof
According to the prefabricated aerogel heat-insulation partially-coated steel-concrete combined component and the preparation method, the component comprises a partially-coated steel-concrete combinedcomponent unit and a heat-insulation unit, and when the heat-insulation unit adopts an aerogel nano heat-insulation blanket, the heat-insulation unit and profile steel are connected in a connecting rope tying rod mode. The section forms of the heat insulation blanket and the strip steel connecting rod are used in pairs, the section forms of the heat insulation plate and the non-strip steel connecting rod are used in pairs, when the aerogel nanometer heat insulation plate is used as the heat insulation unit, the heat insulation unit is directly connected with the flange of the section steel column in a buckling mode, and construction is convenient. The stirrups and the longitudinal bars are arranged in the concrete, so that the integrity of the component is effectively enhanced, and the fire resistance of the component is improved. The fabricated aerogel heat insulation PEC component is adopted, on the basis that construction and maintenance are convenient, the fire resistance of the component is effectively improved, and the safety and economy of the component are remarkably improved.
本发明的一种预制气凝胶隔热部分包覆钢‑混凝土组合构件及制备方法,其中,该构件包括部分包覆钢‑混凝土组合构件单元以及隔热单元,隔热单元采用气凝胶纳米绝热毯时,隔热单元和型钢之间采用连接绳系杆的方式连接,绝热毯与带钢连杆的截面形式配对使用,隔热板和不带钢连杆的形式配对使用,当隔热单元使用气凝胶纳米隔热板的时候,直接用卡扣式的方式和型钢柱的翼缘相连接,施工方便,混凝土预先填充入型钢翼缘与腹板之间,且在混凝土内布置箍筋与纵筋,有效的增强了构件的整体性,改善了构件的耐火性能。本发明采用装配化气凝胶隔热PEC构件,在施工和维护方便的基础上,有效改善了构件的耐火性能,显著提高了构件的安全性和经济性。
