High-temperature-resistant material coated aerogel heat insulation composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant outer layer coated aerogel composite material with low dielectric, high heat insulation and high fireproof characteristics and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing hydrolysis, (2) condensation dispersion, (3) structure forming, (4) normal-pressure drying, (5) outer layer coating, (6) curing forming and (7) surface treatment. According to the preparation method, trace water-dispersible high-temperature-resistant glue is added in condensation dispersion of aerogel melt glue, the mixture is injected into a fiber-containing preformed structure, and after normal-pressure high-temperature drying, a high-temperature-resistant material is used for coating and curing, the aerogel composite material with low dielectric, high heat insulation and high fire resistance can be prepared. The high-temperature-resistant outer layer coating contains a single layer, a plurality of layers or a plurality of layers of laminated stacks, so that the product can be applied to fire prevention, energy conservation and carbon reduction, and is particularly applied to thermal runaway safety protection of a lithium battery module of a dust-free room or an electric vehicle.
本发明公开一种兼具低介电、高隔热及高防火特性的耐高温外层包覆气凝胶复合材料及其制备方法,包含步骤:(1)混合水解、(2)缩合分散、(3)结构成型、(4)常压干燥、(5)外层包覆、(6)固化成型及(7)表面处理。在本发明中,气凝胶融胶于缩合分散中添加微量水可分散的耐高温胶,并注入于含纤维预成型结构中,经常压高温干燥后,利用耐高温材料进行包覆、固化后,即可制备出兼具低介电、高隔热及高防火的气凝胶复合材料。本发明的耐高温外层包覆含单层、多层或多层积层堆栈,使产品可应用在防火及节能减碳,尤其在无尘室或电动车锂电池模块热失控安全防护应用。
