The invention belongs to the technical field of fabricated type buildings, and particularly relates to a light steel floor system for a fabricated type building. Based on the problems that in an existing light steel floor system for a fabricated type building, the connection strength between components is not high, the sizes of the components inserted into boundary beams are different, and when only a screw is used for fixing, the contact surface between an inserted component and the screw is extremely small and the fixing effect is poor, the following scheme is proposed: the system comprisesa steel plate base; three-sided side sleeves are welded at the edges of two opposite sides of the upper end of the steel plate base; light steel pressing plates are arranged on the inner sides of thethree-sided side sleeves; the light steel pressing plates and the three-sided side sleeves are fixedly connected by extension springs; the three-sided side sleeves are in threaded connection with adjusting bolts; a second sinking groove and a first sinking groove are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the steel plate base respectively; a rotary limiting component is rotationally connected with the second sinking groove; and a rotary positioning component is connected in the first sinking groove. Stable fixing of components can be achieved, the fixing performance is good, and meanwhile dismounting operation is convenient.
本发明属于装配式建筑技术领域,尤其是一种装配式建筑用的轻钢楼盖系统,针对现有的装配式建筑用的轻钢楼盖系统中构件之间的连接强度不高,且在边梁中插入的构件尺寸大小不同,仅仅利用螺钉加固时,插入构件与螺钉之间的接触面积极小,固定作用差的技术问题,现提出以下方案,包括钢板底座,钢板底座上端相对的两侧边缘处均焊接有三面边套,三面边套内侧设置有轻钢压板,轻钢压板与三面边套之间固定连接有拉伸弹簧,三面边套上螺纹连接有调节螺栓,钢板底座上下两端分别设置有第二沉槽和第一沉槽,第二沉槽中转动连接有旋转式限位部件,第一沉槽中连接有旋转定位部件。本发明可实现构件的稳定固定,固定性好,同时便于拆卸操作。
