Composite self-insulation building block and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a composite self-insulation building block and a preparation method thereof. The composite self-insulation building block comprises a building block body, a foam layer and a splicing layer; a special building block forming mold is used during forming of the composite self-insulation building block; the building block forming mold comprises a forming frame; partition platesare evenly distributed in the forming frame in the length direction of the forming frame; the forming frame is divided into a plurality of forming cavities through the partition plates; an isolationcolumn is arranged in each forming cavity; and the isolation columns are locked on the lower side face of the forming frame. The composite self-insulation building block and the preparation method thereof can solve the problems that in an existing self-insulation building block production and processing process, an insulation layer of a building block cannot be effectively limited when placed in amold, so that the foam layer moves in the forming process, the forming effect of the building block is poor, concrete splashes to the upper side face of the foam layer during concrete pouring, impurities on foam are difficult to remove in the later period, and the overall appearance degree of the building block is affected.
本发明涉及一种复合自保温砌块及该复合自保温砌块的制备方法,复合自保温砌块,包括砌块主体、泡沫层和拼接层,上述复合自保温砌块在成型时用到专用的砌块成型模具,所述砌块成型模具包括成型框,成型框内沿其长度方形均匀分布有分隔板,分隔板将成型框分隔成多个成型腔,每个成型腔内均设置有一个隔离柱,隔离柱锁定在成型框的下侧面上。本发明可以解决现有针对自保温砌块生产加工时存在的:砌块的保温层放置在模具内时无法得到有效限位,使得泡沫层在成型过程中会发生移动,造成砌块的成型效果差,混凝土浇筑时混凝土会飞溅到泡沫层的上侧面上,造成后期泡沫上的杂物清理困难,影响砌块整体的外观度等问题。
