Homogeneous self-insulation building block and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a homogeneous self-insulation building block and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring water and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer to obtain a mixed solution; adding fly ash, gasified slag and cement into the mixed solution, and mixing and stirring until the mixture is uniform to obtain mixed slurry; adding carbide slag, mirabilite or anhydrous sodium sulphate, desulfurized gypsum, ground calcium carbonate and silica fume into the mixed slurry, stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed, then adding EPS polyphenyl granules, and stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed to obtain mixed slurry; preparing a foaming agent solution; injecting the foaming agent solution into a foaming machine for foaming treatment so as to generate foams, weighing the foams in parts by mass, adding the foams into the mixed slurry, and stirring until the foams are uniformly mixed so as to obtain a prefabricated mixture; and putting the prefabricated mixture into a mold coated with a release agent, and curing at normal temperature for 10 hours until the prefabricated mixture is molded to obtain the homogeneous self-heat-preservation building block finished product. Therefore, the heat insulation performance and the structural stability of the building block can be ensured.
