The invention discloses a power supply intelligent electronic lock and a power supply method thereof. The power supply intelligent electronic lock comprises an intelligent electronic lock body installed on a door and a door frame installed on a wall and surrounding the periphery of the door. The intelligent electronic lock body comprises a shell, a lock cylinder assembly, a key slot, a lock main body circuit and a battery are arranged in the shell, and a fingerprint identification module and a touch screen password input area are arranged outside the shell; the intelligent electronic lock bodyis provided with an electric energy receiving module, the door frame is provided with a charging module connected with the mains supply, and the charging module corresponds to the electric energy receiving module in position and is conductively connected with the electric energy receiving module when the door is closed; and the charging module comprises an intelligent switch module, and mains supply can be rectified, reduced in voltage and then transmitted to the electric energy receiving module through the intelligent switch module to supply power to the electric energy receiving module. Thedefect that the intelligent electronic lock body is limited by power supply is effectively overcome, and more functions can be integrated.
