The invention discloses an irrigation device with a rainwater collection function for fruit and vegetable planting. The irrigation device comprises a base, a water collection tank, a sprinkling irrigation tank and a sprinkling irrigation device; a tank cover is arranged at the top of the water collection tank, a water guide hole is formed in the middle of the tank cover in a penetrating manner, athreaded rod is rotatably connected to one side of the tank cover, and a sealing plate is arranged on the threaded rod in a threaded connection manner; and the sealing plate is arranged in the tank cover in a sliding connection manner and movably connected with the water guide hole, a sliding rod and a lead screw are arranged at the bottom of the water collection tank, a filter screen frame is arranged at the end, close to the tank cover, in the water collecting tank, L-shaped rods are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the two sides of the filter screen frame, and the ends, away from the filter screen frame, of the two sets of L-shaped rods are connected with the sliding rod and the lead screw. By means of the irrigation device, rainwater can be effectively collected, the filter screen is lifted to the outer side of the water collection tank to be maintained and replaced, waste of water resources is reduced, and meanwhile the filter screen is convenient to maintain and replace.
