According to the recycled concrete, by means of reasonable raw material matching and targeted process optimization, the auxiliary matching and cooperation effect among the components is high, the performance stability of the product is improved by more than one time, a water reducing rate is high, the slump loss resistance and workability of the cement are also remarkably improved, and the 28-d compressive strength of the cement can reach 60 MPa or above.
