Novel soft porcelain material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a novel soft porcelain material, which comprises a surface layer and a substrate layer which are tightly combined with each other, the surface layer is a ductile hard material,the substrate layer is a sintered soft porcelain layer, and the raw materials of the soft porcelain layer comprise Portland cement, heavy calcium carbonate, quartz sand and an emulsion. The inventionfurther provides a preparation method of the novel soft porcelain material, and the preparation method comprises the steps of material pretreatment, prepared material mixing, baking molding, cutting packaging and the like. The advantages of light weight, good flexibility and high laying adaptability of a traditional soft material are combined with the advantages of smooth surface and high hardnessof a hard material, so that the novel soft porcelain material is convenient to install and lay, and the requirements of paper pasting and scroll hanging can be met through the hard effect of the surface layer, meanwhile, the smooth and flat surface is more attractive, and the surface color can be conveniently changed through spraying.
