The invention discloses a soft porcelain material and a preparation method thereof, the soft porcelain material comprises the following raw materials: industrial waste residues, a filler, a polymer emulsion, photosensitive resin, a silane coupling agent, reinforced fibers, a water reducing agent, a foaming agent, a waterproof agent and water, and the photosensitive resin comprises a photoinitiator, an oligomer, a reactive diluent and an auxiliary additive. Firstly, a silane coupling agent is added for modification, and the molecular structural formula of the silane coupling agent generally contains organic functional group siloxy. The siloxy group is reactive to an inorganic substance, and the organic functional group is reactive or compatible to an organic substance. Therefore, when the silane coupling agent is between an inorganic interface and an organic interface, an organic matrix-silane coupling agent-inorganic matrix bonding layer can be formed, and the polymer emulsion with a bonding effect and the photosensitive resin with a photosensitive effect are added, so that the soft porcelain material with a target specification is printed, the large-scale production is facilitated, and the produced soft porcelain material is smooth in surface and high in flexibility. The size precision is high, and slurry distribution is uniform.
