The invention discloses a concrete building block with good waterproof and flame-retardant effects. The concrete building block is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 35-42%of silicon mullite red brick reclaimed material, 10-15% of cement, 6-10% of flame-retardant waterproof agent, 20-25% of semi-hydrated phosphogypsum, 0.1-0.3% of gas-forming agent, 0.8-1.2% of glass fiber, 0.1-0.2% of naphthalene water reducer and the balance of fly ash. According to the invention, a small amount of flame-retardant waterproof agent composed of expanded vermiculite powder, styrene-acrylic emulsion and redispersible latex powder is added into a concrete building block, and the styrene-acrylic emulsion, the redispersible latex powder and Portland cement can form a gel system witha good waterproof effect under the foaming effect; a small amount of expanded vermiculite powder is added, so that various flame-retardant components can be dispersed more uniformly according to the grain size gradient, and the flame-retardant effect is remarkably improved; and the concrete building block prepared by the invention not only has excellent waterproof and anti-permeability properties,but also has a very good flame-retardant effect.
