Highly waterproof flame-retardant concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses highly waterproof flame-retardant concrete and a preparation method thereof. The highly waterproof flame-retardant concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of cement, 35-40 parts of river sand, 10-12 parts of mushroom cultivation material, 15-20 parts of wheat bran, 8-10 parts of corn powder, 6-10 parts of gypsum powder, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium aluminate, 1.3-1.5 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-3 parts of 2-3 parts of chitosan-acetic acid solution, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium methylsilanolate, 0.4-0.5 part of phytic acid, 10-15 parts of brucite powder, 2-4 parts of glass fibers, 6-8 parts of pitch and an appropriate amount of water. The concrete is reasonable in formula and the preparation method of the concrete is simple; compared with the traditional thermal insulation mortar, the concrete has the advantages of high strength, light weight, high water resistance, high flame retardance, high bonding strength and the like; under the action of the modified mushroom cultivation material, the various properties of the prepared concrete conform to the relevant national standards; in addition, the wheat bran and the corn flour are taken as additives, and are easily available and low in cost; moreover, the caking property of the internal structure of the concrete is improved.
