The invention discloses a method for treating oily sludge, and the method comprises the following steps of: drying and crushing: preparing the following raw materials: oily sludge, a mixing agent andcorn straw, wherein the mixing agent comprises quick lime, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and volcanic ash, the adding amount of the mixing agent is 2.5%-7.5% of the oily sludge, and the adding amountof the corn straw is 5%-25% of the oily sludge, respectively putting oily sludge and corn straw into drying equipment or drying and dehydrating the oily sludge and the corn straw in a natural air-drying manner until the water content of the dried corn straw is 10wt%-15wt% and the water content of the oily sludge is not greater than 40wt%, and respectively introducing the oily sludge and the cornstraw into two crushing equipment for crushing, thus obtaining crushed materials of the oily sludge and the corn straw; the waste residues generated by the method can be used as a cementing material,can be used for desert and raise dust treatment, and can also be poured and cured to realize harmless landfill, and waste gas and waste oil generated in the production process are used as fuels in theoily sludge treatment process.
本发明公开了一种针对含油污泥处理的方法，包括以下步骤：干燥粉碎：准备的原料包括含油污泥、混合剂和玉米秸秆，混合剂包括生石灰、氧化钙、氧化镁和火山灰，混合剂的添加量是含油污泥的2.5％～7.5％，玉米秸秆的添加量是含油污泥的5％‑25％，分别将含油污泥和玉米秸秆放入烘干设备或使用自然风干的方式进行烘干脱水，烘干后玉米秸秆的含水量为10wt％‑15wt％，含油污泥含水量不大于40wt％，然后将含油污泥和玉米秸秆分别导入两个粉碎设备中进行粉碎，得到含油污泥和玉米秸秆的粉碎料；本发明产生的废渣可用作胶凝料，可用于沙漠、扬尘治理，还可以浇注固化，实现无害化填埋，生产过程中产生的废气和废油用作含油污泥处理过程中的燃料。
