The invention provides a method for preparing ceramsite from oily sludge. The method comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly mixing the oily sludge with a conditioning agent, and granulating; secondly, the particles prepared in the first step are subjected to anaerobic pyrolysis, the anaerobic pyrolysis temperature ranges from 300 DEG C to 700 DEG C, and the oil content of the particles obtained after anaerobic pyrolysis is lower than 1%; and 3, carrying out high-temperature calcination on the particles subjected to anaerobic pyrolysis in the step 2, wherein the temperature of a high-temperature calcination feeding end is not lower than 800 DEG C. In the ceramsite preparation process, dioxin can be avoided, and the environment-friendly effect is good; the prepared ceramsite is wide in application, and resource utilization of the oily sludge is realized.
本发明提供一种含油污泥制备陶粒的方法,包括:第一步,将含油污泥与调制剂混合均匀后进行制粒;第二步,将第一步制得的颗粒进行无氧热解,所述无氧热解温度300~700℃,经过无氧热解后颗粒的含油率低于1%;第三步,将第二步无氧热解后的颗粒进行高温煅烧,所述高温煅烧进料端的温度不低于800℃。本发明在制备陶粒过程中,可以实现避免产生二噁英,环保效果好;制备的陶粒用途广泛,实现含油污泥的资源化利用。
