Floating type bridge anti-collision facility with steel-clad composite material
The invention discloses a floating type bridge anti-collision facility with a steel-clad composite material. A steel-clad composite material plate serves as a shell of the bridge anti-collision facility with the steel-clad composite material, the shell is formed by assembling a plurality of sections, and the sections are connected with one another through connecting joints and fixed to the periphery of a pier through bolts. The internal structure is composed of a composite anti-corrosion layer, a steel plate, a composite buffer tube and an energy dissipation closed-pore material. Guide slidingblocks are arranged on the inner surface of the anti-collision facility and used for reducing friction force between the anti-collision facility and the pier. The anti-collision facility floats on the water surface, can float up and down along the axis of the pier along with the change of the water level, and is partially exposed in the atmosphere above the water surface and partially located below the water surface. According to the floating type bridge anti-collision facility with the steel-clad composite material, when a ship needs to collide with the pier, compared with a traditional anti-collision facility made of a composite material, the facility is high in shear strength, high in buffering capacity, higher in anti-collision capacity and better in integrity; and the defect of poorcorrosion resistance of a one-net composite material is overcome. The anti-collision facility combines the advantages of the composite material and the steel material, and therefore the ship and the bridge can be effectively protected against local damage. And besides, the anti-collision facility is introduced into BIM platform management, and the facility can be monitored in real time behind theBIM platform, so that emergency treatment after collision is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种浮动式钢覆复合材料的桥梁防撞设施,其中钢覆复合材料的桥梁防撞设施外壳为钢覆复合材料板,由若干节段组装而成,通过连接接头互相连接,并通过螺栓固定在桥墩四周。其内部结构由复合材料防腐层、钢板、复合材料缓冲管和耗能闭孔材料组成。防撞设施内表面设置采用导向滑块,用来减小防撞设施与桥墩之间的摩擦力。该防撞设施自浮于水面,可随水位变化沿桥墩轴线上下浮动,部分暴露在水面以上的大气中,部分位于水面以下。本发明新型中这种浮动式钢覆复合材料的桥梁防撞设施,当船舶要与桥墩发生碰撞时,与传统的复合材料防撞设施相比,该设施抗剪强度高,缓冲能力强,抗撞击能力更强,整体性更好;并且克服了一网复合材料耐腐蚀性不佳的缺陷。该型防撞设施结合了复合材料与钢材的优势,因此可有效保护船舶和桥梁不至于局部受损。此外,将该防撞设施引入BIM平台管理,在BIM平台后方可对该设施进行实时监控,以便于发生碰撞后的紧急处理。
