The invention provides a novel self-floating compound anti-collision facility for the defects of an existing bridge pier anti-collision device. The self-floating compound anti-collision facility comprises an anti-collision unit and an energy eliminating unit; the anti-collision unit comprises cylinder anti-collision unit bodies and elbow anti-collision unit bodies; each cylinder anti-collision unit body comprises a cylinder shell, a cylinder erecting plate, cylinder bundling pipes, cylinder filling blocks, a cylinder convex connector and a cylinder concave connector. The self-floating compound anti-collision facility has the technical advantages that anti-ship-collision protection can be performed on a bridge pier, and meanwhile the advantages of being small in occupied area, high in strength and easy to process, assemble and maintain are achieved.
