The reinforcing structure comprises a plurality of in-pile stiffening rib plates vertically, annularly and evenly arranged in the pile and a plurality of out-pile stiffening rib plates vertically, annularly and evenly arranged outside the pile, the upper parts of the in-pile stiffening rib plates and the upper portions of the out-pile stiffening rib plates are connected into a whole, and the center lines of the in-pile stiffening rib plates and the center lines of the out-pile stiffening rib plates coincide with the center line of the steel pipe pile. The reinforcing structure at the top of the steel pipe pile isformed through the in-pile stiffening rib plates and the out-pile stiffening rib plates, the stress structure is arranged on the reinforcing structure, so that the stress area of the pile top is enlarged, and the force transmission effect is good; and meanwhile, damage to the steel pipe pile due to bearing capacity detection is avoided or reduced.
